Mark A. Worsham
Mark A. Worsham is an experienced lawyer who has been licensed to practice in Hawai'i since 1989. Mr. Worsham concentrates his practice in the area of family law, including divorce, paternity, and child custody. He also devotes a portion of his practice to criminal law matters.
Prior to opening his solo practice, Mr. Worsham gained decades of experience practicing with several reputable large Honolulu law firms. Immediately after law school, he clerked for Judge Leland H. Spencer in the First Circuit Court of Hawai'i. Before entering the legal field, Mr. Worsham was a Honolulu Police Officer for nine years.
Mr. Worsham earned his Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in journalism from the California State University at Fresno. Mr. Worsham also holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
Mr. Worsham is a member of the American Bar Association and the Hawai'i State Bar Association. He is Past-Commodore of the Alii Shores Yacht Club and Past-President of the Pine Knoll Villas Condominium Association.
